Temperature sensor: underfloor or outdoor

This TDS12251 temperature sensor is suitable for measure and control applications underneath the floor and outside. When the temperature in underfloor heating or cooling systems needs to be controlled, this sensor is what you need.

The set exists of a compact electronic casing (indoor installation only) with a connectable temperature sensor with 2 meter cable (to be cut off at the desired length). The sensor is sealed watertight (IP67) and can be used indoor as well as outdoor. The temperature range is from -40 °C up to +80°C.

The casing can be installed indoor in a standard wall box with cover plate, while the sensor cable goes 0.5 to 1 meter out of the wall through a standard (18mm) conduit. Preferably fixed in the center between the tubes of the floor heating/cooling system. As an outside sensor he can be mounted through an opening in the outside wall or placed in a wall box (not included) on the outside wall.

The TDS12251 temperature sensor needs to be connected with a TELETASK analog input (on DOMUS, TDS12311 or TDS12310).
